THE NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS GO INTO THE SUPER BOWL UNDEFEATED, IS THERE ANY WAY THE GIANTS CAN MUSTARD A WIN AND RUIN THAT PERFECT SEASON?

The Patriots go into this years Super Bowl as perhaps the most superior all around football team in NFL History. People argue about comparing this years Patriots teams to other teams that have been great champions over the years, but the fact is none of the other teams ever came into the Super Bowl undefeated other than the Miami Dolphins over 30 years ago. What makes this Patriots team so good is how easy the team made their victories look during the regular season. It seemed like the competition was weak compared to the Patriots when teams matched up.
Tom Brady is having the best QB season of his career and one of the best showings of a QB of all time. It is going to be interesting to see whether this Super Bowl is either a Blow Out or a Close Game, but how do you beat the Patriots?
The Giants have not played part of the Media frenzy the past two weeks at all. There has been no trash talking before the game, no psych from the Giants putting pressure on the Patriots mentioning that this could be their first loss of the season. There is more pressure on the Patriots to close out this season undefeated than the Giants winning this Superbowl. The Giants will need to play a flawless game on Offense, make plays on Defense, and most of all win at Special Teams with field position and most of all making all Field Goals. That still may not be enough to defeat the Patriots.
The Best Advise I can give on How to Beat the Patriots is in the first half control the tempo, having the ball on offense more than New England in the first half trying to keep Brady off the field as much as possible. Keep it a Wide Receiver game. New York has good receivers to throw the ball to, and it is important that the Tide End goes out for passes up the middle as much as possible to disrupt Vrabel and Bruschi coverage on the other Wide Outs. Toomer and Bureess both can and should make 5 catches or more to keep the game close in the fourth quarter.
Defensively the Giants need to keep the Patriots wide receivers like Moss inside rather than outside in the first half. Do not allow the big play, and do not throw an early INT that can make your team fall behind early. The Giants need to keep the game close as a 14-0 game could mentally hurt the team. The Giants need to allow Moss to make a catch up the Middle, time the throw and lay him out. The Giants Defense need to punish all the Wide Outs trying to make the pass up the middle, so force the Wide outs in rather than down the side line.
Tom Brady's flaws are when he gives a hard count, or takes long on the snap, he goes right to a screen pass. Also Brady likes to challenge the Linebackers early, it is important to blitz but not all the time, and the Giants will have to have the safety be ready for the pass to the left side of the sideline when he rolls out. Defense Wins Championships and although the Patriots are Undefeated and a heavy favorite, the Giants being that underdog will be rooted for at home from all over the Country. Can the Giants keep the game close and make a game of it? Wouldn't it be nice for the Patriots video taping the Jets early in the season and going undefeated all year since, if in the Super Bowl, the New York Giants can Win and give the Patriots there first loss. The Giants Defense front 4 will be the key to this game on defense putting pressure on Brady and Brady will take some good licks in the game. The Giants need to mention to the players here and there during the game that they are worthy of being on the field, competitive and that this could be the Patriots first loss and that will ruin the perfect season.
You have to play physical and smart.
There is this game, it is called the Super Bowl, and so many times the game is a blow out. This game the Super Bowl is the most watched event of the year all around, commercials are ridiculous and expensive, and this year the two best teams are in playing for that trophy. What can the Giants do to Mustard a Win to ruin the Patriots perfect season and be Super Bowl Champions? The Giants will have to play with the caliber of desire as they did at Dallas in the 4th quarter. Being that the game is in Arizona, an NFC Field, that could be an advantage to the Giants if this game starts to last longer than the projected three hours. The Giants have won their last 10 road games the most important the wins in the playoffs at Tampa Bay, at Dallas, and at Green Bay some of the best football I have seen to enjoy all season. Good Luck to the New York Giants in Super Bowl 42. Play the game with confidence and don't let New England's WR make the big play. The Giants need to give the Patriots some strong licks when the WR goes up the Middle. Play Smart, and be focused to where Eli can play the game with a groove without having to worry about offensive holds and false starts. Can the Giants beat the Patriots, that is what everyone is asking now and we will see Sunday.

Lebron James Puts on "A Show" scoring 41 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists versus the Lakers Win 98-95 for Cleveland Sunday. Strong Hoops, all money, Lebron James came out to play, and with this win the Cavs have won 5 straight versus the Lakers. This was a pivotal game for both players James and Bryant and for the direction of their teams. Lebron put on a show especially in the 2nd quarter, and then again in the 4th quarter, the Defending Eastern Conference Champions looked like it. A lot of talk or mention from the sports writers and broadcasters asking James if he would be interested in playing for another team, or play in a larger market, and Lebron is content in Cleveland. Sometimes New York is mentioned, but why, he is better off playing for the Cavs. Lebron's Defense is also one of his strong points to his game, and the battle between the two top players, James wins, and wins again 5 straight against the Lakers. James mentioned that he is not phased by all the people in the stands in LA, and while broadcasters mentioned that James was not smiling, who cares? Lebron is the strongest and most exciting player to watch even as much as people like to compare players. I think playing the Lakers means more to the Cavs versus other teams. Lebron is going for his first Championship while Kobe has three under his belt. However, Kobe did win with O'Neil those titles, and it is important for Kobe to continue to stride on winning another title with a different team which the Lakers have been one of the top surprises in the league. A lot of that credit goes to the Lakers role players, bench players, and the Center Position where without Bynum, the Lakers need him back in the line up. Lebron took advantage all game on drives from all over the key, and the difference of the Lakers team without Bynum is defense.
Kwame Brown now has to fill the shoes of Bynum scores 6 points. Turiaf for the Lakers played with exceptional hustle all game especially down the stretch scores 9 points for the Lakers.
The Game close in the 1st quarter and after one a 26-24 ball game Cavs on top. In the 2nd quarter this is when Lebron James on the open floor "went off" from baseline, from the inside, from the outside, slams, lay ups, rebounds in, pass inside and he scores, It was a Lebron James Show, and each move made a fan or spectator make a sound to himself "OHHHH".
It was Obvious what was happening, the show was just in stage one as the Cavs Outscore the Lakers 25-14 in the 2nd.
The Lakers come out in the 3rd quarter strong going on a 15-2 run and outscore the Cavs 31-20 in the 3rd quarter.
With 6:00 in the 4th, Kobe at 31 points, 12 rebounds, the Lakers were unable to close this game out because James, Hughes, and Co. began to challenge all the loose balls, shots on Defense, and the game's momentum started to change after the 81-86.
Ilgauskas fouls out of the game, and who is this guy Newble?, playing a remarkable game hustling like that in that juncture of the game.
(ESPN Color Announcer Van Gundy makes unnecessary comments after Cavs Center fouls out of the game(a terrible color broadcast all game in my opinion, and it was not until towards the end of the game when I noticed it was Van Gundy) and he says "just one more foul, what is the big deal?" Then the broadcasters are talking about International rules having nothing good to say on the broadcast, "a little emotion", he says, "fight with your wife"(what was that?)
At 83-86 Hughes with the Assist, and then Hughes again scores a hoop from the outside score goes to 85-86, and it is "nervous time" ref C Hearn at Staples.

James from the baseline, and a Sweet Move making the score 87-86, and James is fouled scores the FT making the score 88-86 at 4:45. In 8 minutes in the 4th, the Cavs outscore the Lakers by 9, James with 35 points, 8 in the 4th quarter. Kobe is out of the game as the Cavs outscore the Lakers 13-2 with the Cavs up 2. Cavs stat: Cavs lead the NBA in 4th quarter come backs.
Hughes with the Jumper is good at 4:23 makes the score 90-86. At 4:00, Kobe comes back into the ball game. LA Stat: Lakers 13-0 when leading in the 4th quarter
Kobe on the Freethrow line "AHHH's" the first one with a miss, and misses the second.
Walton played good for LA, and makes a tap steal from James where the ball goes to Kobe, Luke Breaks, and Kobe returns the pass all alone for the score, a big Defensive Play by Luke Walton makes the Score 90-88.
Hughes comes back and scores on another jumper shot giving him 6 points in the 4th makes the score 92-88.
Fisher for the Lakers makes a jumper shot stepping on the 3 point line and converts from the left side makes the score 92-90, and the Fans get "loud" at Staples.
James comes back and misses from the outside. After the time out the Lakers Kobe Bryant scores on the out of bounce play where Kobe breaks from the screen and gets the pass in and scores his 33rd point makes the score tied at 92-92.
James gets fouled on a drive to the hoop at 1:50 goes to the line and misses both free throws.
Walton comes back and drives to the basket and is fouled goes 1-2 at the Free throw line and in close games, the free throws do make the difference at 1:25 Luke with 9 points, but misses one makes the score 92-93.
James:(you have to stop and appreciate some of the moves by Lebron, like the one that was coming up next, in slow motion) from the left side drives through the lane over Turiaf and with the left hand scores on a lay up.

Defense Wins Championships and at the 2 minute mark, the Cavs pressed the Lakers on defense. Hughes makes the Defensive play of the game on Kobe at 1:05 where he holds his ground, and Kobe is called for the Offensive foul.
Turiaf makes the rebound on the other end on a Hughes Miss, Cavs swing the ball around, and the team has a lot of confidence in one other.
Odom for the Lakers whom played well in the first half misses, and the Cavs come back quickly in exciting fashion, and that is what I like about the Cavs more than all the teams in the NBA is that the team always gives a 100%(at least the games I watch)
James comes back with a fade away shot 21ft just in front of the three point line left over/ on Kobe for the play of the game, one on one, for his 39th point converts makes the score 96-93 under a minute, and the Lakers did not play well enough to win where the Cavs showed why they are the defending Eastern Conference Champions.
Fisher with a "Rainbow" shot misses the three for the tie, but Turiaf gets the rebound and scores with 13 seconds left.
Lakers on the in bounce get a break as Gibson slips and Luke passes to Kobe but Misses the shot attempt as the Cavs challenged Kobe on the shot going up with the score 96-95.
There was a disagreement on how many seconds were taken off the clock after the in bounce since the clock did not start.
James gets fouled on the pass in, but with full confidence and the game on the line, James swishes both free throws, and this is when the Fans back home were feeling the sense of victory over the Lakers.
Could the Lakers Mustard a 3 point to send the Game into Overtime?
James with those "clutch" free throws has 41 points, all money.
Lakers for their final opportunity in bounce the ball with 9 seconds, not Luke, Derek, nor Kobe could get the shot attempt off, as the Cavs pressed the Lakers, and the defense won the game for Cleveland and the game ends like that without the Lakers even to get a shot off before the regulation horn. The Cavs defeat the Lakers 98-95 winning 5 straight against the Lakers.
The Lakers have lost 3 games in a row, Spurs, Mavs, and Cavs, and this game to me was a turning point for both teams whether the Lakers played without Bynum, Lebron James winning Sunday at Staples in the Fashion he did with that awesome team support, the Cavs not only made a statement, but an exclamation point. Lebron scores 41 and Kobe scores 33 in one of the most exciting and well played basketball games I have seen this season. Cavs standing at (24-19), Lakers at (27-15) Congratulations to Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavs.
