Senator Arlen Spector of Pennsylvania Switches From Republican to Democrat? The Republicrats
Republicans have voted in the Senator, and out of the blue Senator Spector announced that he is officially changing parties. The long time Republican with lots of senority including having ranks in the Judiciary Committee and the Intelligence Committee after 28 years of serving as a Conservative just goes Democrat.
Republicans don't go or become Democrats mostly because of party principles. Currently rather than say going Independent Republican or Libertarian, Senator Spector became a Democrat. As a Republican, I am disappointed. This is a historic move, and in history this does not just happen. What was it that gave Senator Spector the idea or willingness to go "Democrat", and I say that because for a long time I have been convinced that many Senators and House leaders are jointly working together using one party as the cover while working for the other party and the special interest groups that are included. I was very surprised, and being that good people whom are Republicans in his state have been the people voting him in all these years, he completely seems to have disregarded, neglected or not considered those peoples vote, nor the core values of the Republican Party regardless of one's positions and stances during the Bush Administrations eight years. I thought that he did a good job from what I knew, and with Senority and he knows how Ronald Reagan governed, you would think that the party would have Reagan Republicans stepping up to the plate and debating the democratic party, its policies, and its agenda during this new time. Instead, it looks like the Senator just sold out all those voters/votes whom have consistently voted for him all those terms. Unbelievable.
Now for that move, not only does Spector get to join other Democrats that have been cheating the system such as Senator Murtha and Chris Dodd, but now he loses his rankings and senority in the party including losing ranks in committees. Senator Spector no longer will have the high rankings in the democratic party as he did with the Republican Party.
This is a big blow to the Republican Party, and a slap in the face to the American People all over the U.S. in that all those policies that occurred during the Bush Administration sure did get a lot of support from leaders in both parties, and it took both parties to implement all the Wars commencement, and also the funding of all the new programs. The National Economy changed in that the private sector in some case did use the public leaders to get funds to their special interests. This move from going Republican to Democrat is unprecedented. I have never seen a move like this one that made the least amount of sense.
Republicans don't convert to Democrat. That is just the way it is. Democrats do convert to Republicans at times. Now what is so shameful is how the democratic party used some of the failures in policies and spending blaming the Republican Party when they had just as much to do with the influences as anybody. The ranking senator is now without senority as a democrat.
Currently the Republican Party have been seeking new leaders to emerge, leaders with experience, and leaders that represent good people, and Senator Spector fit all that criteria, and to have Senator Spector just throw the ball like that, and I would call it surprising. The News Media made it seem that he did the move to get more votes in the next election going democrat. (I am still waiting to get the confirmation from Senator Spectors statement that if indeed that he did say that he switched parties to be more competitive in the next Senate Election in Pennsylvania).. If that is the reason, that sure shows the lack of consideration of Republicans that voted him in, and not unless those same votes from before are either defecting, moving out of state, or becoming democrats themselves, the bottom line Republicans don't become democrat. I think that this is going to be an interesting topic in the news. What the News Media, network channel, nor the Republican Party have talked about is by Senator Spector leaving, what does he know that other Republicans don't know.
What the United States needs from the local, state, and national level are good people, strong leaders with Integrity, and people that will debate and stand up for the constitution for law and business so people can grow as the future is moving so fast. That is the work that is needed by Senators and Representatives in the House for new leaders to be able to challenge this new status quo. Other Republicans ought to be concerned and ask themselves why all of a sudden did one Senator defect to the other party?
The move hurt the Republican Party in my opinion by the timing of it, the way it was done, and the fact that he went to the party that doesn't make a stand or stand up for anything that is conservative.
This is a good time for other Republican Leaders to emerge because it seems that since Senator Spector switched parties, that nobody in the R party have really discussed the reasons for it, nor the implications it will later have on the party, the next Presidential Elections, and I think it was a slap in the face to other Republicans. At times during the prior Administration, now you will never know which party one is really working for while the other is being criticized, they are still working together.
thank you

The Health Care Debate, What Debate? National News/National Editorial by Jamestowncalif.com
The Health Care Debate, What Debate?
There is a sudden urgency for the Congressional leaders and President to get a Health Care Bill Vote this weekend. Why the Urgency? This is a National News Report that will address the 846 billion dollar stimulus Bill/Recovery Act, Fridays signing of the 10 Billion dollar Jobs Bill, and now the Health Care Bill how they are affecting the National Economy.
In the last Presidential Election, California went to the D side which counted for 55 Electoral Votes, the Most of any State. It seems that with all these new bills and votes some people are not considering other people on how the whole economy is being ran nationally. Everyone is concerned now.
First of all business in Southern California has been slow the last 3 years. I have seen businesses close in all 5 major counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, & Ventura Counties. This year though although beginning promising seems to be stagnant mostly because of all the new bills the Congressional leaders are approving, and President Obama signing. Business is not good. How do they expect things to get better when New bills are becoming law? Are the leaders serving the best interests of the National Economy? Are they knowledgable and competant on what they are doing?
Congressional Leaders like Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, forget about it. Scott Brown won Massachussets. I have never heard of a Republican winning Massachussets, but it happened. Still, it doesn't seem to matter to the Party that calls itself the Democratic Party.
I'd like to start out with the Health Care Bill since it has not been signed yet. The Recovery Act was signed, the Jobs bill was signed, and they were all signed by the same people that are going to either vote Yes or No on the Health Care Bill. I want to know if each person voting really knows or have studied the possible impacts of a bill they sign into legislation? Are they aware of their own state policies?
What is causing the economy to be in Recession feeling a bit worse at times for many people. What was the Middle Class from what I have seen has been deminished. A lot of blame needs to go around, and a lot of blame has gone around. The leaders assume that people don't have a good education because they know people are not getting a good education anyways currently and before.
The impact of a New Health Care has not been discussed, debated, and most of all evaluated. Over this weekend, even on Sunday, there may be a vote. A Vote on What? A Vote to take over the Health Industry. It's not just the health industry, it's the jobs industry, it's the insurance industry, and it's the loan that needs to go out first to pay for this new legislation.
As an Editorial, I thought the whole purpose of the health care bill was to lower costs, have people able to afford good insurance, and aid in reforming some of the practices of insurance companies dropping insurers or raising one's rates. Instead it's the opposite. Recently over just the talk of this new bill, Anthem raised their rates as much as 39%. When a carrier takes more money from an insurer, that is less money going to something else to spend in the local/ National Economy. That is called the ripple affect. The whole economy has disintegrated into the ripple affect. This ripple affect is affecting each person, the tax payer, the person paying all the bills paying the checks for the employees they intend to create a job for while your kids are in school today. Everyone's paying taxes now even the youths in school.
As a National News Report I have been noticing a lot of people discussing the Health Care Bill issue, but not the Stimulus Bills, not the Jobs Bill and how they affect the National Economy with that legistlation in place before they Vote on the next one. Why the urgency to get the Vote out this Sunday? Why are the congressional leaders in support of what is actually in the Bill knowing that some of it is unfair, unconstitutional, not human, and the 2000 page bill itself shows absolutely no regard for the 300 million Americans residing in the United States 2010. The purpose of any health care reform legislation first and foremost needs to give the people the assurance that it will control costs. Does it?
In the 2008 campaign, the abortion issue was said that is not going to be a key issue. Now it has become a big issue in that in the bill, abortions will be funded by the tax payer. Democrats know that there are millions of people whom are Republicans, Conservative, Independent, and some people that are not political not registered with any party that are Pro Life anyways against that issue. Writing that part of the legislation shows no regard to people whom have different values that what is now considered the democratic party. To add, it's unconstitutional, and I don't agree with it. We all pay taxes. That is one part of the bill that stands out to me as showing that the Democratic Party doesn't care about the opinions of others whom have a certain value or belief, and whether one voted for the leader in or not, doesn't give one the right to first disregard life, and second have the tax payer fund it(abortions under the bill).
Now I am going to get into the impact of bills policy and how the National Economy remains stagnant, sluggish, and very scary at times. The congressional leaders are all suppose to know there own states policy in banking, in lending, in credit, but it seems as if many don't have the finest clue. With the National Debt as high as it is, does it make sense to continue to deficit spend in the fashion we have seen the last trillion, and now for the next loan for that trillion?
2
Competing with the 846 Billion dollar Stimulus/Recovery Act in the National Economy 2010
The Recovery Act was passed and signed by President Obama totally 846 Billion dollars from the first prediction or estimation of 787 Billion dollars. The Recovery Act consists of government projects which pays employees under that umbella. It is appropriated money going to different interests. Some of the those moneys goes to the National Agencies. Some of that money was directed to the Education sector, and was said to have saved teachers jobs, and saving schools pretty much in certain areas by giving federal money. The Recovery Act was presented by the leaders and the different media outlets such as news and internet front page news to be a Jobs Bill more so.
The Recovery Act still has billions yet to spend, but already and very quickly has used over 100 billion dollars. The jobs also include personnel and equipment for road work for interstates (17000 Construstion Jobs so far through the various cities). There is road work all over, and you have noticed certain areas by now where there are Recovery Act signs with areas being worked on or soon going to have work done.
Friday March 19, 2010 President Obama signed the Jobs Bill amounting to 10 Billion dollars. The Recovery Act was supposed to be a (the) jobs bill, and that loan went up from 846 to 856 Billion dollars. Nobody took into account the numbers for that Recovery Act bill which has been said to have created or saved 2 million jobs. The Jobs Bill at 10 Billion dollars purpose is to free up credit to business men and women so they can open a small business, and eventually hire a staff to employ which then having each pay payroll taxes. The purpose of the Jobs Bill is more for Private Sector whereas the Recovery Act is more for Public Sector. The Jobs Bill also extended unemployment benefits with the National Average at 9.7%
There are a lot of Bills now amounting and adding towards the National Debt. The Deficit last year was 1.6-1.9 trillion dollars, and that is mostly because spending was down thus taxes on purchases were down. To add people whom no longer owned property were not paying property taxes on that property thus the State lost a lot of money from people selling their homes, and others forfeiting their homes to foreclosure which also affects state revenues. Between 2005-2010 millions of peoples credit have been downgraded from when the Economy was good, before the Iraq War through late 2005 compared to 2010. In 2006, people started noticing more how the economy was changing, and that is when real estate was at its peak. At the time there were two major wars going on while the men and women in the Military serving valiantly. The deficits were as much as 490 billion dollars, and that was considered a lot.
3
There are many aspects or impacts of these bills that have not been talked about on Internet Media such as yahoo. On the front page the news sources today had a story on how to have good credit. Well, first of all we all know that you have to be on time for your payments, otherwise the company your with will completely ruin your credit if they want to. Each company has its own policy. The Mortgage company, the auto finance company, and the auto insurance company are three bills you have to pay just to get yourself to work to pay the bills. Auto Insurance averages 135-300 dollars a month sometimes more depending on the car, coverage, and driver. Some people pay for 10 years and never get a ticket nor accident.
The Insurance company doesn't just put all the money one customer pays into committing all those years. Instead each year, it's a new policy with new fees. Auto Insurance is a need for drivers because it protects you in case of a car accident. When an officer gives a ticket to a driver say rather than giving a warning once in a while, a persons auto insurance goes up. The driver is punished through an increase of premium, and that pocket money of 20-50 bucks would otherwise go to the local economy or simply pay his car payment or rent on time say that is a reason one is late on a bill.
It is funny how the leaders don't consider anything when they pass all these Bills costing Billions and now trillions when they don't address the root of the issues itself on why the economy is in recession.
Now the congressional leaders and President want to have a New Health Care Bill passed that is intended to mandate 300 million people to have health insurance they provide. The don't consider all the people whom work selling insurance currently. Will that affect competition?
The reason said from time to time is that if you have to have auto insurance, then why shouldn't you have health insurance. Many young people don't need insurance or can have health insurance through their parents policy, their schools basic health coverage.
If the leaders can create a bill where the insurance premium is 25 dollars a month that would be fair and isn't going to affect the National Economy. Instead now it's about how much do they intend to charge and how much coverage ought they provide not keeping in mind that whatever new bill a person gets, that is less money he has to spend on groceries at the Market or buy something as they ask people to do under these times to generate tax revenues.
The Current Health Care Bill first to get the loan seems to be putting up the 500 billion dollars out of Medicare as collateral to get the 900 billion dollar bill-1 trillion bill through. Medicare comes from taxes people have already paid for while one worked their whole lives and now are retired. Most seniors have insurance on top of having the ability to apply and qualify for medicare benefits. Costs for senoirs is a lot more than costs for ordinary ailments, sports injuries, or minor health diseases. Major diseases such as Cancer, AIDS, Diabetes, Heart Conditions are all expenive surgeries & treatments.
The Bill lending out the 900 billion dollars to cover 300 million Americans doesn't have anything in that legislation that states by passing the Bill it will control costs. Isn't that why there is a Bill in the first place?
This next post/paragraph is going to talk about the leaders honesty and integrity. Each leader in the two branches of government have either stated why they are for or against the current bill at 2000 pages. This bill has created a rival it seems between the Democratic leaders/Party versus Republican leaders and people that are more Conservative Republican. In fact there is a lot of yelling and anger going around on TV on why this bill must be passed. Do the leaders know what impacts the Stimulus Bill/Recovery Act has had so far on the National Economy?
Have anybody in the Media on TV or Internet Media mentioned the fact that while the leaders are attempting to pass a health care bill that they might know some of the outside impacts of what the Stimulus Bill might have on the National Economy? The leaders have stated that 100 billion dollars will be reduced from the National deficit which is chump change these days from all the other loans going out that eventually have to be paid, or our citizens will have to commit on paying back that loan in other ways that they also intend.
They don't mention that if there is a Health Care Bill, and people lose their jobs and careers whom sell health insurance that the tax revenues lost on those individuals may add up more than 100 billion dollars.
The Media versus the Media is something I do to show that the Internet Media channels are more funneling the news rather than doing a News report then following it up with more back up reports or editorials. The Internet Media and TV Media oftentimes get the information first from Central quarters, but only jot down the information real quick. Let me give you an example on a recent report in the AP Thursday by Mark Williams 3-18-10.
For Employment I drive from city to city using the company car. I have noticed the past weeks that gasoline has been progressively going up. I asked myself why is gas been going up weeks before Mark Williams writes this latest report. (last week the Los Angeles Times had a report on gasoline increases). In the AP Report the cost of gasoline is at its highest level since October 2008. October 2008 gasoline on the National Average was at 2.82 a gallon. In California, gasoline averaged higher than 2.82 a gallon. Currently according to the AP report, gasoline is averaging 2.7999 a gallon for 87 octane add 10 cents for 89 and 20 cents for 91 Octane. In California, gasoline for 87 averages 2.99 at Arco, and 3.11 at Chevron both good gas companies.
AP presented the report saying the increase of prices is due to an expected increase in demand. It didn't say why. It didn't go research causes and affects on why is gasoline suddenly going up 18.9 cents a month from when it was more affordable. Who sets the price of gasoline. I remember Senator Pat Leahy asked the question in 2006 in hearings asking who sets the price of Oil, and at the time, the United States Military was committed to the Iraq War. The AP adds that expenisive blends for spring and summer are factors or reasons why gasoline is increasing at the rate we have seen. While the leaders say they care about jobs, they don't consider all those jobs that relate to work that needs to have drivers, and when you increase gasoline on companies, the costs for goods and services then costs more, and people then pay more or may opt out over costs. There is taxes lost when people aren't able to afford gas like before on their spare time to go to another city and spend money at a Sandwich shop or Coffee house or clothing store.
What the AP didn't ask nor did the Media channels on TV ask is why is gasoline going up at the rate of late? Do they know and are unable to report why, or do they not know? Is it just politics. Many people carpool now. Many people stay in on their days off, and many people just drive less so how is there more demand? From what I have seen, traffic at times is not as bad as other times on busy hours. It is slow, and it's slow everywhere in Southern California, and I notice some days people are not out driving like before. The companies do the best they can on keeping the prices fair. I have a lot of respect for Chevron and some other Oil Companies, and it will be one of those companies that first makes the switch to provide an alternative fuel product for consumers.
When gasoline peaked, and I reported on it first 7-17-08 why is gasoline so high that was the time to at least get the ball rolling to commence on producing new cars and fuels for drivers. I haven't seen anything new, although the auto shows do have some beautiful new solar, electric, and other kinds of fuels cars.
In the Recovery Act, there are those green jobs we always hear about.
So why is the gasoline progressively going up? Is it going to remain where its at 2.99 for 87 here in California, or do the companies intend to raise the prices? What causes or drives the oil companies to raise prices when they do when the last 12 months, the prices have been very stable. That is one reason why auto sales did well this last period, and nobody takes that into account that if gasoline prices do go up, then that will affect auto sales, and some of those companies received bailout money like GM whom still sell SUV's that use a lot of gasoline.
In my opinion, the gasoline is going up because of the recent passing of the Stimulus Bill/Recovery Act at 846 Billion dollars. Many jobs that are related to the Recovery Act being appropriated wages, construction workers vehicles that will need to fill up their machines to do the work thus gasoline is going up because the money is out there in circulation. The reason why I state that gasoline is going up because of the Recovery Act is not just my opinion, but a strong possibility. If that is the reason, then the leaders whom voted for that Recovery Act either knew gasoline would go up thus affecting drivers jobs, trucks jobs, and all kinds of jobs, or didn't know because they didn't read the bill or were not competent enough to evaluate the bill and how it will impact the price of gasoline. In fact that question was not even mentioned. I became aware of that long before the AP put out their report. The reason is mostly because gasoline was stable at 2.79 for 87 in Southern California for 12 months, and until and right when the Recovery Act was passed, the gas started to go up.
That means if the Recovery Act is one of the main reasons why gasoline is going up that means the Private is now competing against the Public and regardless the gasoline is more expenise with the only difference for them it's paid for, and for you its an added company expense.
With New expenses on employers employing people to provide health insurance to its workers, there is a possibility that some companies may reduce their work force thus jobs may be eliminated.
With the Oil Companies knowing that a 846 billion dollar Recovery Bill being passed there is going to be new road work. That is a strong reason why gasoline recently went up to fill up Recovery Act vehicles currently working throughout local areas in U.S. Cities.
This is where their can be fraud going on. It's like the Bills are causing a lot of funneling of money through projects that created or saved 2 million jobs and meanwhile 298 million people all have to pay more for gasoline per gallon because of that bill being passed.
Then the kicker, if there is a passing of a health care bill with the current 2000 pages that is presented will that drive up costs? Do the leaders know that there is a strong possibility that costs for care will go up with the passing of this bill? Are they aware of this?
I think that if the Recovery Act is the prime cause or a factor of why gasoline has been increasing, then if there is a health care bill passed, the leaders may be voting on bill that they know will not control costs, but only increase costs because now it will show that the bill is going to pay for 300 million Americans at a cost of 900 billion to 1 trillion dollars which redirects 500 dollars first from Medicare. How are the leaders going to pass a Health Care Bill knowing that costs are not going to be controlled, or reduced by passing the bill when they just passed the Recovery Act and costs for Gasoline recently went up and if that is the cause/affect. How can you not know that?
thank you
After the Passing of this Bill, President Obama was in Iowa talking to a crowd about the signing taking great credit. He did mention in a segment of that speech that costs are not going to be going down after the Bill was just Passed. There were many people outside protesting. What is striking is that the controling costs issue was the main part of the debate for the Health Care Reform bill, and the bill was passed without it controling costs basically defeating the purpose of the whole bill itself.

The Health Care Debate, What Debate? 3
Sunday the House of Representatives in Congress voted 219 to 212 passing a Health Care Reform Bill. Tuesday March 23, 2010 President Obama signs a (the) Health Care Reform Bill into Law. It has become the top news story for the 300 million U.S. Citizens. The Bill is going to cost 940 billion dollars for 10 years.
The TV Media channels have presented this New Bill as the Health Care Reform Bill. At the same time, there are reports on Internet news top headlines (msn)(yahoo) that the bill is named sort of a Health Care Insurance Reform Bill. Between the two outlets of news, there seems to be some favorability of the passing of the Bill. The Newspapers currently hold the best information for all Media news such as National, International, and it is going to be interesting to see how the differences of the 3 report on what is now a Health Care Reform Bill.
There was a last move by President Obama sometime over the weekend where he decided to use his Executive Power using Executive Order to remove the legislation that had stated that tax payer money funds abortions under the Reform Bill. President Obama removed that off the bill, and it got him the needed votes by Democrats such as Stupac as he called it a Pro Life Bill adding.
It was a sorta compromise. My question is why was that legislation in the bill in the first place, and was it intended to be used in the bill for politics then later removing it to get a vote or two which in this case it was a 7 vote margin in the House.
The President, Vice President, and Administration have taken great credit on this signing of this bill after first passing it in the House. Outside the back room deals that are already public record, the process of rushing it, not evaluating it, and not considering 51% of the people have Constitutional Americans challenging it. There are those of the 49% that are pleased with this bill. Most likely that number is less, and there are those that have either suffered from high medical costs/insurance costs & experiences, or people whom have been dropped coverage are also pleased. There are those supporters of whatever bill the Administration writes out or proposes.
The Media outlets give us this impression that half the Nation is in favor of the bill. At the same time, there is a strong possibility that county by county most people disagree with this Bill at 70% to 30% or less. It depends on your situation individually.
President Obama signing on this bill delivered on what no President has been able to do. To his credit, it was a remarkable idea to get a Health Care Reform Bill forward. But the process of how this bill was drilled through, and the cost of the bill at 940 billion dollars for 10 years, is this really Health Care Reform by it cost? The National debt is in the trillions, and the 1 year deficit is at 1.6-1.9 trillion dollars with less revenue coming into the system and unemployment is high all over the country. 940 billion dollars is a lot of money in these times.
What the Bill has in it costs 940 billion dollars for 10 years. It assures that the hospitals and doctors in the current system are able to get there asking costs. The bill doesn't commence on regulating costs within, but it does have 33 million more people insured. I thought the whole point was to have everyone to be able to afford insurance, and under this bill, is that going to be possible for the 300 million people?
The Process seemed odd to me how the Bill went from the House of Representatives then to President Obama's desk rather than going to the Senate first where the Senators can evaluate and debate the Health Care Reform Bill or as it's also called the Health Care Insurance Reform Bill. There still needs to be added provisions and compromises in the Senate Bill. In this process when without the full vote of the Senate after the House passed the Bill, the President signed it into law takes into affect 2014.
There are already states that have filed Federal Lawsuits for there States challenging this new bill on Tuesday. Utah, Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Nebraska, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania are of the 10 States so far that have filed with the Attorney General challenging the Constitutionality of the Bill, what it takes from medicaid from states funds, and what costs are in the bill. The Bill mandates people to have to buy health insurance by the Federal Government. The bill uses the IRS to enforce the fines of the bill if a person chooses not to get insurance or is unable to afford insurance. It doesn't provide a way to provide affordable health insurance at a low rate, and it fines you up to 3800 USD if you don't pay that monthly premium.
The Costs Issue has not been really debated. Although a Health Care Reform Bill was needed, Is this 940 billion dollar bill the answer to the many calls for reform? The impact still has not been taken into affect. The Bill according to President Obama will straighten out Medicare fraud something that has been reported lately on National News on ABC/Nightline. Still, it is well known of medicare fraud, and it's more of an excuse in my opinion. It is also known that costs within the administrative in all medical facilities are more sometimes where there is double/triple charging just for just pain medicine. So the bill doesn't address either costs nor costs within the hospitals and doctors fees, nor does it regulate costs for prescription drugs.
What the bill proposes to do is for people with pre-existing conditions that their insurance companies can not drop them. In that case, a new insurance company for pre-existing conditions may have saved the tax payer a few pennies to the dollar plus. What the bill proposes is that employers now have to get their employees an option to get insurance and give tax credits for that. That already exists, and in some cases already tax payer money can be used for abortions if the employee has employer based health insurance under current law which the executive order removes legislation from the bill but keeps current law in place. Before the bill was signed, each year employees have the option of buying health insurance, but it is very expensive. When a person is on a budget it's a big percentage. If costs in hospitals, care, and prescription drugs were more affordable, a percentage of the people can just pay for care walking in. Instead it's a double standard having costs high, then bill insurance companies high, then the insurance companies take it out on their policy holders.
I think Health Insurance is a responsibility a person needs to pay for not the employer. Any added tax or expense on employers is going to hurt the economy. I also think it's unfair for those people that have paid taxes into Medicare all their lives through their hard work & jobs they have done, now retired, for that money to be switched into another fund for this 940 billion dollar bill/loan.
The Administration is bragging that 33 million more people will be insured under this Bill. The Bill is said by President Obama that for those people that currently have insurance nothing will change. The President added now by the signing of this bill under your current policy that your insurance company can not drop your coverage due to pre-existing conditions. The 940 Billion dollar Health Care Reform Bill insures that the Hospitals, Doctors, and costs for Prescription drugs people need and are prescribed for in the New system that they will receive their money under what rates each are currently charging for 10 years. Is that Health Care Reform I ask?
